Fitness Class FAQs

Everything parents need to know about our fitness classes, from age groups and schedules to instructors and weekly lessons.

Yes. Children are placed in age-appropriate groups to create the best learning and fitness experience.
Classes are led by a certified fitness instructor experienced in working with children. Instructors are energetic, engaging, and focused on learning through play.
No. Children must remain in their designated age group to ensure safety and appropriate instruction.
Yes. If you have 15 or more children, we can schedule a private class based on availability. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Tennis shoes, socks, and a water bottle (optional). Please bring the pocket workbook each week. Workbooks are provided on the second class day.

Each age group follows a developmentally appropriate curriculum. Visit Classes Offered for a breakdown.
Yes. Children may enroll in both Tuesday and Thursday classes.
Unfortunately, make-up classes are not available.
Each week, parents receive an email summarizing what their child learned to help reinforce the lesson at home.
Classes require a minimum of 7 participants. If a class is canceled, families receive a refund for remaining sessions.
Each session includes 10 weekly classes. Sessions are offered in fall, winter, and spring.
Each fitness class is 1 hour long.
Fitness classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays during the school year. Summer fitness classes are not offered due to camps.
Parents may stay nearby but do not participate in class. Our instructors guide the full session while parents observe or relax in the lobby.
Our instructors encourage participation and effort, not perfection. If a child needs a break or support, we work with families to create a positive experience.
No. Classes are designed for all fitness levels and focus on personal progress, confidence, and effort.
