Open play sessions are weekday mornings and afternoons. Drop in any time during the session — no reservation needed for one-off visits, and members get unlimited access. Socks required.

A few small things keep the jungle running smoothly so everyone has fun.

Socks required.

No shoes, no bare feet. We sell socks at the front if you forget.

Adults on duty.

One adult per family stays inside. Snack area is right there — sit, relax, watch.

Be kind to others.

Big kids look out for little kids. Adults stay attentive — we keep the jungle a happy place for everyone.

Listen to the crew.

Every floor is staffed. If they ask your kid to slow down, they mean it with love.

FAQs

Most-asked questions about Safari Run open play.

No reservation needed for drop-in open play. Just walk in during posted hours. Members and punch-card holders get the same access without re-paying at the door.
All ages up to about age 12. We have a separate toddler zone for the under-3 crowd.
Yes — outside snacks and drinks are welcome in the snack area. No food is allowed inside the play structure. We are peanut-aware.
Private party rooms are closed during their parties. Open play continues everywhere else in the building — kids can still use the structure, track, and toddler zone.
Parents of toddlers can climb in if needed. For older kids, parents stay in the snack area where they can watch from comfortable seating.
