Before your private session a few small things.

Everything you need to make your booking go smoothly.

Socks required.

No bare feet in the play area. Socks are available at the front desk if you forget.

Parking reserved.

We'll hold a parking space for your group. Let us know your arrival time.

Start on the hour.

Your session starts promptly. Remind guests to arrive on time so they get the full 1 hour 15 minutes.

No cake or cupcakes.

Please - no dessert celebrations or heated food. Peanut-free snacks and drinks are welcome in the lobby.

Private play bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Yes, in the private party room only. No outside food inside the structure.

Safari Run guides are always on the floor to lead play, keep it safe, and reset between sessions.

Absolutely. We handle setup and cleanup while you bring the fun details.
